Is there a delivery fee for rentals?

All rentals have a delivery fee starting at $45

Do you have offices outside of Daytona and Ormond Beach?

We are located in Florida, and while there may be other sites showing our information, we regret to inform we no longer have offices in cities located outside of Daytona and Ormond Beach, on the heels of the pandemic. While we do rent outside of our normal operating area, the delivery fee is based on your location. If you wish to inquire, please feel free to call or email us!

Do you rent standard wheelchairs, knee scooters, or crutches?

We do not rent standard wheelchairs, knee scooters, or crutches

Can I pick up my rental locally?

We deliver to you. We don't offer local pickup unless you’re traveling to beaches we do not service within FL.

Do you rent by the hour?

We do not rent by the hour. There is a 1-day minimum

Where can I get a beach wheelchair for hourly use?

If you want hourly use, please contact the Volusia County Beaches to inquire about free beach wheelchair use at their assigned locations, as we are not staffed or geographically positioned to offer hourly use

Can I rent for a partial day if I’m visiting from Orlando?

If you are traveling in from the parks in Orlando, or live nearby and want to rent for a partial day use, we rent only at Andy Romano Park in Ormond by appointment. Please know there is very little chance we can accommodate you "on the day of need" if you haven’t reserved prior, as we have delivery and pickup schedules that must come first.

Do you have a beachfront location?

We do not have a location on the beach with toes in the sand

Do you service the Gulf Coast of Florida?

We do service the east coast of Florida, but we do not service the Gulf Coast (for now)
